![]() ![]() When an end user tries to install a piece of software requiring credentials, the credentials are accepted, this issue only occurs when updating MacOS. If I login with the local admin account, I get the same box shaking as if the password is incorrect. I do have a local admin account on the devices and I get the same issue with trying to install the updates. I've confirmed the domain user account password is correct. The recent issue I've had happen is when an end user tries to install a MacOS software update, they enter their credentials (they are provided local admin on their Macs) and the credential box shakes as if the password is correct. The Macbooks are joined to the domain and function fairly well. I help support an environment that has Windows Active Directory and a mixture of Windows PCs and Macbooks. ![]()
